This week was awesome. Alec and I were able to spend a lot of time with each other. We got hooked up with some tickets to the Keith Urban and Carrie Underwood concert and then the Warriors game the next night from Alec work. It was such a blast. Then today we went and had breakfast with my cousin Travis and his wife (thanks guys) and then went mountain biking. It was a great day!
Keith Urban was an awesome performer. I was actually surprised. He was one of the best I have seen. He is super talented! We were up in the "pent house". Sounds glamorous, but really all you get is comfortable seats and free food, but you are sitting as high as you can get. It was awesome though
Carrie Underwood was really good too. When we first got there we did not know there was a difference between a suite and a pent house. We ended up in the suite. The seats were a lot better, but you could not really hear because the speakers were right there. We finally realized our mistake and headed up to the right place with some other guy from Alec's job.
Ok, so this puddle was a total riot. I have video, but I don't know how to post it (it may follow). I could not resist this puddle. We ended up playing in it for a while. I could not believe how much the mud grabs your tires. I thought I was going head over handle bars a couple times:)
This was when we were actually riding. Alec was holding the camera because he has a little bit more control then I do while riding with one had. So fun!:)
You can't really get the full effect of how wet Alec was here. It was so funny. We were laughing the whole time. I did realize though that when you get to the puddle you should probably close your mouth, who knows what is in that puddle........ gross.
Do you see Alec's face. Yeah, he got totally sprayed. It was so funny, but on the way home he was saying that his stomach hurt. I think it was mental.... at least I hope:)
