On Sat morning we woke up and got ready for our ride. We had a hard time figuring out where to go because most places we knew would have snow. We decided to head up Hoback to a ride we thought we would be safe on. Think again!!!:) It was an insane trail. We had lots of fun with lots and lots of scrapes! We ended up crossing over 21 trees by the time we were done, meaning we had to pick up our bikes to cross them. It was nuts. I need to rethink going with these people!:)

The trail got so bad after awhile that we (except Mike) decided to ditch our bikes. Mike had a hard time letting his bike go, he was sure the trail was going to get better. He finally lost hope and did ditch his bike, due to the fact his tires would no longer spin. We hiked for a bit, till I threw a big enough fit that we stopped for lunch and turned around. We had gone 2 1/2 miles in like 3 hours due to the terrain and everything. My dad was sure that we were going to walk the next 3 miles to get to our destination. It was already 3 in the afternoon and I knew with the time we were making we would not get out till dark, so they finally turned around with me!

This was the biggest creek we had to go through. The guys all made it through without eating it... I didn't even try it, because I know that myself and the water would have become well acquainted!
The trail was crazy. It had everything on it! Snow, mud, more snow and mud, and big waterfall drop offs that we had to walk our bike's over.

You can see how muddy the trail was. It was crazy! After the ride was over, the guys rinsed the bikes off in the river. We realized after the fact, once we got home, that is really bad for bikes, so we won't be doing that any more!

On Sunday we woke up, went to church, and then we on a walk down the street. I love just being in Jackson, the smells and everything about it!
After our walk, Anne, Ash, and I went on a drive into the park to Jenny's lake. Because Alec and I got up there late on Friday, we had not been in the park yet. I could not go up to Jackson and not go into the park. So we just took a quick drive before taking off on Sunday.
