So I have noticed that a lot of people are going private on their blogs. My sister was telling me she saw this thing on KSL about blogging. So I read it and it is pretty creepy for people to be using your pictures for their own blogs for reasons you don't know.
I really like not having my blog private, but I think I might go that way. Some girls in my ward and I were talking about how google should make it like facebook. Like where you can still search and find people you know and then the person (whose blog it is) can confirm you as a friend or not. It just seems like a safer way to go while still being able to find people's blogs.
So if any of you out their have thoughts on this or know someone at google we could bring this up with that would be awesome.
So what are your thoughts on private blogging and if yours is private why did you make it that way???

I've thought about the public/private thing for a while, and just decided that as long as people can't get my address or telephone number from my blog, we're safe from freaks.
There was some random guy that commented on Natalee Maynes's blog asking if she hikes the dish often. That would be really creepy. I definitely don't divulge info on places that I routinely go, either.
