Catching up

This summer is just flying by. It seems like it just started getting to be that awesome summer heat that I love so much! So here is a little recap of the last few weeks (minus the 4th which will get its own entry:)).

We headed up to Cascade Springs up through American Fork Canyon! It was such a pretty drive up there, and really a pretty area as well!

So about a week or so ago, I broke my "permanent retainer" while flossing. So I switched Alec and he was the dental professional and I was the patient as he tried to break the rest of my retainer off so it stopped cutting into my tongue. Little scary with Alec and metal cutting pliers in my mouth, but all worked out in the end and so it was ok!:)

We watched the EG girls for a week while there parents took a trip. Brin was a pro at cooking and she made these awesome mini hamburgers to put on cupcakes, it was a super cute idea!
