Playing a little catch up.....

Well, even though there has not been to much excitement since we got home from Utah I thought I would update my blog anyway.  

So before coming home Alec went with our brother-in-law Mike to Delta to go "bunny blasting"....... don't ask!!  This picture is where they went.  Looks cold to me:)
So any time that we go to Utah we ALWAYS make at least one stop at Pace's, sometimes we make a stop a day maybe even two stops in a day.  We, well I guess Alec, is obsessed with their rainbows!  He loves them.  He always is talking about them, so we thought we would get a picture as we were leaving one night to document his obsession!
Before coming home we celebrated my mom's b.day.  It was so fun to be home and be able to celebrate it with them.  We went to the BYU vs. Wake forest bball game the night of her b.day.  They lost, but it was a super fun game!!!  
Just my sister Annie and I hanging out waiting for our food to settle so we could have some cheesecake on my mom's b.day.  I also had just gotten my hair cut and was not quite sure about the whole thing.  I felt like it was to short, so I had people take pictures so I could see it.
Back in Cali......... it has been unseasonably warm here since we have returned.  Some days have hit close to 80 degrees.  Crazy!!!  So last Saturday Alec and I went to Santa Cruz to enjoy the summer like weather.  The tide was super low so we were able to walk around the tide pools.  I was super excited when Alec spotted this pink star fish!  
Because the tide was so low we were able to walk the beach for along time.  On our way back to our car the moon started coming up and we thought it was really pretty.  Alec got a little camera crazy taking pictures of it!:)
Yesterday with our extra day in the weekend we went up to S.F. with some of our good friends to fly kites.  There ended up not being any wind to fly the kits but we had a great time anyway!!!

So there is an update for 2009!  I will try to get back on track with the updates on Friday's this week!
